SAP S/4 Hana for Life Science & Pharma Implementation from outdated IT landscape - US Biotech Company
The client needed to transition from their outdated and diversified IT landscape to the new SAP S/4 Hana version while transforming fundamentally its core business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing). As Senior Project Manager, I took over the project coordination for the European entities abiding by the SAP Activate methodology for the transition to SAP S/4HANA. SME for Finance, covering roll out of modules Finance; SD, PS. Revenue management expert.

The client needed to transition from their SAP ECC version to the new SAP S/4 Hana version while transforming fundamentally its core business processes. As Senior Project Manager, I took over the conversion project abiding by the SAP Activate methodology for the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation - Biotech Company
The client needed to replace its old and totally unintegrated IT Landscape in order to gain agility and transparency in their business processes and financial performance.
After choosing the MS Dynamics 365 solution, they launched a global program including a pillar for ERP transformation.
I was appointed Senior project manager with the responsibility for the planning and execution of the project in accordance with the defined framework conditions (time, quality & budget) and the complete project life cycle.
Project methodology : Full Agile, supported by Azure DevOps
Project Budget : 2'000 K euros

Finance Transformation & Shared Service Center in Europe
The Group needed to transition to a shared service centre (SSC) to reduce headcount costs of the global finance population & streamline the management structure. As VP, initiated & supported external consulting firm on the financial transformation. Led financial process workshops; defined roles & recruited subject matter experts to lead process transformations; participated in AP, AR & Record to report on process redesign; aligned internal controls with new process; and led testing on internal controls after SSC migration. Succeeded in achieving CHF20m annual savings through establishment of a European SSC.
